The main object of this program is to help you look at yourself through different lenses to help you discover all the different parts of you. Some of these parts may be familiar to you, others may lie dormant because they never got the opportunity to be expressed, while others were deliberately repressed as they were not welcome. When you know all your different parts, you can take control of the situation, just like a movie director takes control of a movie set. You can use all these parts of you to tell the story that you would like to tell.
Another analogy is to use a pantry. By looking into your ‘pantry’, you discover all the ingredients that you have available to cook with. Just like real life, you can choose to cook a different dish each day, using the same ingredients in different ways. If you don’t know all your ingredients, you may get stuck and cook the same dish every day. While that may be comfortable most of the time, deep down you might feel a longing for something different and wish that you could make some changes to your menu. This program will be perfect to help you discover new ingredients, rediscover others you may have forgotten, and support you in taking out the scary shadow ingredients that you don’t know how to use successfully.
It is very important to learn how to use ‘kind-sight’ in this process of self-discovery. The idea is not to find new ways of chastising or criticizing yourself for not living up to your own high standards! You will learn how to look at yourself in the same way as a loving parent or best friend, someone always there to love and support you through all of life’s challenges. You also learn to become your own cheerleader, celebrating each little success as you learn to love yourself and take the necessary steps to fully blossom into all that you can be.
At the end of this program you will have a one-page blue print with all the information regarding your talents, gifts, skills, interests; as well as the blocks and challenges you may face, with appropriate strategies to navigate them successfully. This blueprint will then serve as a checklist you can use whenever you are faced with questions regarding your job, relationships and life purpose.
- I charge $120 for a 90 minute birth chart reading with a laminated birth chart and printed report.
- You can sign up for as many subsequent sessions as you would like to at a rate of $90 per hour. I recommend at least 3 further sessions after the birth chart reading.
